Access your Tickets on a New Device

When you get a new device, usually all you have to do is make sure that you're logged into your Transit account to access your tickets!

Note: If you see an error message saying that you're signed in on too many devices, just contact your local transit agency and they'll be able to help you!

1. Open Transit then tap the gear icon at the top left-hand:

2. If you're connected, it will say so at the bottom of the page:

If you're not connected, tap the banner at the bottom of the page that says "Save stats & favorites" to sign in:
